App does not work
Can’t login and use app. So can’t scan into the gym or book onto classes

I enjoy my sessions at the gym but was a little bit annoyed when i was told i can’t leave my bike inside the foyer when there is no sign saying no bikes aloud and received a warning but other than that good gym

Not letting me login in
The app logged me out and now not letting me login
Buggy as hell
I purchased an add on for guest passes. The first month they didn’t work for my guest. The second month they are now not showing up on my account as available to send, and there is nowhere for me to cancel the add on, despite the money coming out of my account. So I cannot use it, and I cannot cancel it. Customer service just gives an automated response and closes your case.

Adding gyms to membership
It doesn’t let me add any additional gyms in my area to my membership which is very inconvenient for me as I have paid for a membership and I am unable to enter the gym
App does not log activity
The app does not log activity properly. I went to the gym 4 times last week and it has not updated that nor has it shown how long I was in there for, absolutely ridiculous

Scanner has just suddenly stopped working the past week stating I’m not at the gym when I’m standing outside. Seems trivial but when you have handful of things it’s annoying

App from the gym it’s very bad I got very struggling to use my membership stop and they don’t give any explication customers service you can’t contact them.

I want to upgrade my membership but the app says I don’t have access to the necessary pages, and just sends me to the website where I can’t do it either
Cannot access gym
Unable to access the gym in Farnborough and taken my money on a direct debit I’ve never missed a payment. I’ve not authorised a cancellation and the app states I’m not a member. Tried to access but denied.
AI chat bot is useless. Waiting over an hour for rep to respond on live chat but nothing.

Went for the first time this morning absolutely loved it great atmosphere fond an hour and I could of stayed there all day I loved the fact it was non judgemental great place to come to get in shape I’ll be back tomorrow

Impossible to contact.
I’ve been trying to contact customer services for over 5 weeks now. Impossible to contact. No phone number, no reply from multiple emails. Just no help at all. For a big company you should be ashamed of your extremely poor customer service which is non

The app doesn’t allow me to add another gym despite having relevant membership. Useless live chat and no phone number.
