The app does not control or create DMV appointments — it only shows real-time availability from the DMV. If you couldn’t select a slot, it means it was already taken or no longer available at that moment, which is common due to high demand.

Sorry to hear that! Just to clarify — the app doesn’t create or hold any appointments, it only displays what’s available on the DMV site at the time of checking. Sometimes slots can appear and disappear very quickly, especially during peak hours.
