Unable to Login on IOS

I have downloaded the app on my iOS device, but I can only enter my username and click the arrow next to it. There is no option to enter a password. When I use the iOS password manager, it indicates that the login ID or password is invalid. I cannot raise any network issues, and the phone IVR is unresponsive. Please help resolve this.
