Hire expert developers who can deliver a bug-free app; customer satisfaction is crucial. If it’s not possible, please remove the app as it’s a waste of money.

After installing latest update now app started crashing on launch am using ios, This app is very unstable on ios am using iphone 14 pro it gives me check internet connection error when am using 5G, now its just keep on loading forever on launch, this app was never stable for ios am using it for past 3 yeanow

Unable to Login on IOS
I have downloaded the app on my iOS device, but I can only enter my username and click the arrow next to it. There is no option to enter a password. When I use the iOS password manager, it indicates that the login ID or password is invalid. I cannot raise any network issues, and the phone IVR is unresponsive. Please help resolve this.

The worst App
If there was rating on negative side would have given that worst company out with the worst appp
Bad service
App store should start providing minus rating because of such companies, who can’t provide an average internet service nor there app is useful. Its better to pay extra price and take companies internet service.

Tell me why is this app not opening now should go to the office and know wheather my plan is active or not? Customer care is not respondingto calls, solve this otherwise i will have to change the wifi connection this aint fair

App looks awful when it works. For most days, it keeps crashing. Not sure how they got it approved on iOS.
Dropdown Menu doesn’t show any options !
None of the dropdown menus show any options in the app. While payment or while login complaints the dropdown menus doesnt show any options to proceed . please solve that bug and the app keeps on crashing multiple times
Horrible experience
Facing continuous issues with both app and internet services, slightest bit of problem and the connectivity is hampered… If consumer is willing to register a complaint, the app won’t open, no prior communication by the company’s regarding disconnection issue, horrible experience. Don’t recommend at all
