Frustrating
I can no longer get to my dogs’s results. When I try to open the app it tells me updates are being made and check back after September 1. It’s now November 14…

Isn’t working
App says it’s under construction to check back march 1st, it is now may 17. I can’t go look at my results I had for a dog who has now crossed the rainbow bridge. The website was no help and I had to create a new account to get the results for my new dog.
Get another type of dog testing kit this app doesn’t work
Reading the directions it says to click on the blue register button on the app. Except there is no blue register button. It’s a yellow bar in the middle of the screen.
The app won’t register my kit and when I called customer service I was unable to leave a voicemail (because they are overwhelmed with calls which isn’t surprising) and the email they give you on their recording for help is different than the one in the box for instructions.
I bought this kit at Walmart and I’m going to return it and get another brand. I’m also deleting this piece of crap app off my phone.
This company needs to either stop being in business or get their act together. The product doesn’t work and they have conflicting directions on how to contact them based on where you read the help information. Very disorganized company.

No their website isn’t top of the line, and upon initial introduction I thought I had been scammed. The same issues listed below in other reviews happened to me too. So I called their customer service number , they called me back within 10 min of leaving a message. The customer service agent was kind & patient, & explained that the app is up and working, I tried it out and although it is a little on the slow side it does function and I did see my results/account. When registering online ONLY put in your customer ID and NOT your email and it will load right up. I think people like myself didn’t see the “or” next to email . If you have an account, ONLY put your email and not the kit ID. And it should work just fine. I understand peoples frustrations but maybe give them a chance to rectify it before just leaving bad reviews. Call that customer care number at the bottom of your letter and they’ll call you right back. Everything turned out to work for me. 🤷🏽♀️

Just useless
This app is the worst app I’ve ever tried to use. It just doesn’t work you click on things and absolutely nothing happens. It’s like a phantom app. Curious what the DNA of my dog reveals for 68 dollars. If I can click on anything to get the results.
App not opening
A week ago they said they received my sample on my door. Today I won’t go in and see if they made any progress with it. And been unable to open the app. I’d like an explanation if they can get one. That test cost me a lot of money
App not so great
Hope the DNA test is more reliable than the app. I have 3 dogs, registered 3 pets and uploaded a pic under each reg#. But only one pic ever shows - the last one I uploaded. In other words the same pic shows for all three dogs. Really? App needs work guys
Worst app ever
Should be simple to use but just doesn’t work. Need to close out several times until it somehow magically allows you to tap on anything.
Absolutely inaccurate
They determined our dog was primarily poodle and secondarily Siberian husky. He has no characteristics of either breed. Save your money and put it toward a better testing service.
Seems user friendly to me
After reading the reviews as I’m downloading this app I was a little anxious as I don’t have patience for things like this that don’t work properly.
However, I only came across one small glitch, and that was scanning my barcode. I had to manually enter it. Other than that I was able to easily go to the bread I assume my dog is and read all about the bread. I was able to enter all the necessary information as well as upload a current pic of my fur baby.
I mailed in the results today so I haven’t dealt with that side of this project yet, but will update my review when I get her results back.

Beyond awful
It’s 2022. It’s not hard to develop an app. Especially an app that serves a function as simple as this. Doesn’t load 90% of the time, and then when it does it takes forever for it to even respond. On top of that, the UI is confusing and horribly put together. Makes me question the test results a bit.

Don’t bother
I had multiple to enter and thought this would be easier. Entering one test took 4 times longer than doing it online. AND my results came back so incredibly inaccurate it was unbelievable.
App isn't working
None of the 'buttons' work in the app except the 'order now' button. Typical money-grabbing company that I unfortunately stumbled upon on Amazon.
Bad app
This app is janky and needs to be re-worked desperately. I got my results last year but wanted to go back and look at them again; I’ve forgotten what some of the results were. The app doesn’t allow for login... maybe the 67th time I hit the button would’ve done the trick? Maybe 66 times wasn’t enough. I’d also like to add the website does not have a login button and you get a 405 error notification when you do somehow find the login link (which is clearly hidden). I’ll probably get another test, not one of these, but another DNA test for him. Should probably step you’re game up.

Almost 4 weeks
I mailed my results the 7th of July they had them done on July 27 finally today I emailed and after a few choice words I received an email. If my dog were not a mix I never would have spent the money
Slow and not user friendly
This app is slow and not easy to use. You don’t get (or I couldn’t find!) as much information on my dog from the app as I could from their website (which is still not a lot of info). This DNA test is also a waste of money unless you dog is truly a pound puppy. If you are trying to differentiate between two similar breeds, it will not give you the information you want. Don’t waste your time or money- if you need a DNA test for your dog, use a different company!

Don’t use them don’t waste your time or money they will send what ever results they want to send you . If you want a good laugh than go ahead if you want to be serious than go find a different company
