Stuck on “loading”
Pointless trying to use this app despite paying for the test and using the band to help with food choices. Now the app just won’t open and is stuck on a logo page with “loading” and spinning circle. Despite almost 2 weeks since the latest update was pushed out, no fixes have been released. Pretty poor customer service I’m afraid and I can’t be the only person affected.

Expert skincare recommendations
This app is great to help you navigate through worldwide skincare products at a shop. I prefer to scan than to speak to the sales consultants as I can clearly see what the product has and whether it will work for me! This is the first time I came across a service like this! Well-done, can’t wait to get more coverage as products are launched 🙏🏽

Gets me moving
This app has been so helpful in getting me to move more on days that I simply don’t want to. The recommendations for food and skincare have been a god-send as well - instead of worrying about understanding all the ingredients I can just scan and go. It’s saved me from extra fat and sugar more times than I can count by showing me the healthier option in the same store. I didn’t think I’d be consistent in my use but the change it’s made has been so immense I never leave the house without it.

Hi App is great. I like the provision of ‘healthier’ alternatives. Update request- please can you make it possible to filter on Green (or alternatively red etc) options when searching in the app.
