Only 2 server choices

The configuration only allows 2 servers - LibreDNS and quad9. There are other no-log servers I want to use, like Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1

Hi, Thanks for your feedback! Indeed, this version presents only 2 choices. The upcoming version 1.0.3 will support more options. The choice to not be able to add DNS servers manually, is by design. We carefully select which DNS providers we add to our list so that we can be certain of the quality of services provided via this app. Going through Cloudflare's privacy policy (https://developers.cloudflare.com/1.1.1.1/privacy/public-dns-resolver/) we are not convinced that it's a service that will protect the privacy in a way that complies with our standards.
