Случайно открыла «списать баллы» и закрыла, баллы списались в полном объеме, скидка не применилась. Страница «техническая поддержка» не прогружается - горит белый экран

Выгружает информацию с iCloud, благо приходит уведомление от Apple о выгрузке данных

Сначала перестал открываться QR-код, после переустановки приложения нет возможности авторизоваться по телефону, нужно заново заполнять все поля как при регистрации, потом пришел запрос на почту, чтобы подтвердить аккаунт. А вишенка на торте - это обнулились все бонусы и не открывается экран технической поддержки
