Repair needed
I downloaded the DOC journey, and I can only hear audio. There is no visual. I believe a repair is needed to the app.
Doesn’t work at all
I have downloaded the app on my iPad and my iPhone and Ali can hear the audio but the text just says “ooops! We were unable to retrieve this page Please contact us if the issue persists. “ But even the app support button takes me nowhere. What a PAIN!” Useless and frustrating. I think my pain level actually INCREASED.

Good content, bad app
While the content on this app is informative and helpful, the application itself is antiquated. Within each section there is no way to rewind without starting over completely. In addition, it shuts down when phone screen goes dark. Very frustrating!
Needs to be clearer about subscription costs
It’s cost me £9 for a month’s subscription. It really ought to say in the blurb.
Also some of the music is too loud against the voice. It makes it difficult to discern what’s being said.
