Numbering rules can be based on year, category, and serial number to reduce duplicate numbers and make records easier to hand over. Processing status can be marked as pending, in progress, completed, or archived, helping offices track document flow. Attachment photos can store covers, signed receipt pages, or archive proof. Local search lets you quickly find records by title, document number, organization, or handler. The app requires no login, no network access, and does not collect or upload user data.
