This is the 2nd time I’ve used telemedicine via DocDay. It was easy and fast and nice to have available. Also nice to have a phone call the physician.

For some reason I can see the get started button pop up but then go away as soon as it loads. So I can’t make an account.
Good Experience
This was my first appointment. Dr. Pavel Conovalcius asked a lot of questions about my injury and gave some good suggestions to try. I felt the appointment was good, and it was nice not having to go to an office right now.
My second experience was great, too!! I needed medicine for travel, and he was able to help prescribe what I need. The whole experience is pleasant, quick, and helpful!

Kind and courteous
App easy to navigate. Dr was kind and courteous and asked thoughtful questions. My prescription was ordered and available quickly. Much easier then waiting at an urgent care with others who are sick!
