The worst app ever
None of the information is updated, last payment is from 2022. So frustrating

The mobile app is very good. It’s so many things that I can do. This is a fantastic way to handle all the things you need to do with your money.
App doesn’t work
I updated to the latest iOS and the app doesn’t work. It won’t allow me to reach the log in screen. All I see is the cherry blossom photo. I’ve updated the app three or four times since this started and it has not resolved.

App not working after latest update
The app had worked fine in the past but appears to have broken after the latest update. I just get a picture of cherry blossoms and the Washington Monument - no login screen, nothing.
I have had over $3,000 missing from my account this year
I’ve never seen this much fraud in my life.
Unusable
I had to change my password to set up the app. But it stopped working after a few uses so I switched to a browser. That worked. Had to do a deposit which required the app. When I called to see why it wasn’t working I was told I had never used the new app, even though that was precisely the reason I changed my password. Luckily, I have an ATM nearby.

Scheduling payments
I schedule transfers every month and the money never transfers!!! This causes me to be late with paying my loans, etc. Also, how do you see your schedules payments? This is starting to get frustrating!
Less than impressed
I have a mortgage through DOCFCU and in the new app I can no longer see any info about my mortgage other than my next payment. No outstanding balance, no final payment date, no origination date of the loan, nothing but what and when I owe next. Not great

Seems to have a number of glitches. Also I have a problem with the daily limit on Zelle transactions. Please consider a higher daily limit.
beware Mobile check deposit
The alert given for a failed mobile check deposit is much too subtle.
Unexplained Policy Changes
Updates to the functionality of the mobile should not result in unexpected changes to the mobile check deposit process resulting in surprise deposit rejections.
