We have been using DocsInk for over a year now and absolutely love it. They are constantly providing efficient solutions that match our current workflows. The Telehealth is a fantastic! We just started implementing their RPM as well and it’s a game changer.

Frustrated

I like the app and what it is supposed to do. However I have to log in multiple times a day. The app keeps logging me out. I tried to save the password with my phone and I can’t do that. I don’t want to have to mess with typing I’m my password almost every time I open the app!!!

Not user friendly

Fumbled mess. Very hard how to figure out adds people into groups who aren’t added, no easy way to figure out and remove them.

To view the Group Members - tap on the group name at the top on your device. You’ll see all the members of the group. Tap on Add to Group which will open a view that will let you search and add to the group. If you’d like to remove someone from the group, simply tap them and you’ll see ‘Remove from Group’ or ‘Male an Admin’. App Login Problems

I had to reset my password more than 5 times because when logging in, the app stated that the username or password combination was invalid. After an hour of re-checking my email and password and resetting my password again and again, I decided to try the same email and password I had and use it on the web browser. When I use the program DocsInk online on my phone (Safari, Chrome), it works but on the app it fails to allow me to login. This app has so much potential but I think the recent changes affected the login apple process.

Problems with Logging In

Such a terrible app. I believe that this app works and is overall beneficial, however, I had to reset my mom’s password to her account ten times and change her password ten times because the login says that we are using an invalid username or password combination. I’ve tried re-doing it multiple times on the app and it will not work, on the other hand, when I use the program on the browser the same username and password works perfectly. There must be a glitch in the app that needs to be fixed immediately. If I could give this app under 1 star I would because it basically is useless since it cannot be used. If it were to allow my mom (who isn’t tech savvy) to use the app and allow her to login so she can contact her manager then it would be a 5 star. Please fix whatever is going on, I believe this app has so much potential!

Happy to use

Great application in healthcare environment.
Chat is smooth and useful.
The app is intuitive with great UI and superb database of charge capture with very carefully selected articles.

WHEN it works

When the phone app works, it works good. I have had to delete the app and re-download it at least three times because it won’t update my conversations. Much easier to navigate on the laptop or PC.

Excellent all around.

Fast and efficient charge capture with intelligence built in to ensure a smooth, streamlined experience. Messaging is fast, innovative and second to none. By far the most impressive charge capture and communications app I’ve seen and used. A major competitor for years to come!!

Thank you for your feedback. We are releasing an iPad version that will allow for landscape use of the app so that it will be more accommodating to the keyboard user.
