Terrible execution
As an app developed for 911 dispatching, consistency is extremely important. This app fails to deliver on every level. Swiping home from the app logs you out, even just putting your phone in your pocket will log you out. When you do intentionally log out, you receive notifications even after force closing the app. The map integration rarely works, and the UI is not up to modern app standards. My service has been using this app for years and I’ve watched it become worse instead of fixing these problems. One star until critical flaws are patched.

Terrible APP
I sign in for shift. Connection with the app is terrible. Changing status barely works. If you're on WIFI it won't work. Notifications don't get through all the time. It very much looks like Zoll needs to outsource to a different developer because I would not use this app for any emergency or non emergent system.

Logged off multiple times during shift
I load into a different app on my phone I automatically am locked out of the response app and I have to go back in and log back in not to mention it doesn’t alert it doesn’t give you an alert when it goes off if it’s in the background. Poor design poor execution
