Obviously created by someone who has never stepped foot in an ambulance

I miss ESO every day I have to use this dogwater app. I don’t even know where to start. The tabs are completely annoying to navigate. It doesn’t just automatically eliminate fields that aren’t relevant for patient disposition (like having a destination for a refusal) and then if you don’t put in the precisely correct things for the fields that aren’t needed you run into a cascade of issues when trying to finalize. And somehow I feel like I have different issues for the same disposition every time. N/A is included as an option for a lot of things but when you go to finalize it says N/A isn’t allowed (why??). I’m constantly running into issues where if I fix one thing it creates a new problem for finalizing and round and round we go. Great app if you want to torture your medics. I spend a minimum of 30 minutes after a call doing paperwork for calls that I would’ve had 95% completed prior to arrival at the hospital on eso and I’ve been using this for 2 years.

It would be great if it actually worked reliably

It works great about 85% of the time. The rest of the time it crashes, dosent save the report, freezes, or says it saved but didn’t !!!! I’m loosing my mind this is making my life so extremely hard.

Garbaghi Gianni of Apps

App is terrible for IOS. The moment you barely switch to a different app like to check Traumasoft MDT. it closes out then you have to log all the way back in. What is worse is that it didn’t save any of your progress.

Stay away

This software is horrible it hardly syncs correctly and you lose everything as soon as you get service. Logging is a bear. And it’s not user friendly. This software makes me wanna scream.

It’s fine but small changes could make it amazing

For one there is no reason I should have to log in every single time I edit the report and the pop ups saying that the data is saved prevents me from clicking the other tabs.
