It would be great if it actually worked reliably
It works great about 85% of the time. The rest of the time it crashes, dosent save the report, freezes, or says it saved but didn’t !!!! I’m loosing my mind this is making my life so extremely hard.

App is terrible for IOS. The moment you barely switch to a different app like to check Traumasoft MDT. it closes out then you have to log all the way back in. What is worse is that it didn’t save any of your progress.
Stay away
This software is horrible it hardly syncs correctly and you lose everything as soon as you get service. Logging is a bear. And it’s not user friendly. This software makes me wanna scream.
It’s fine but small changes could make it amazing
For one there is no reason I should have to log in every single time I edit the report and the pop ups saying that the data is saved prevents me from clicking the other tabs.

I swear if I have to rewrite one more run report due to this dumpster fire masquerading as an app… well I won’t do anything because I don’t choose what program we use. But please save your crews mental health and spend the extra buck on a better program.
Can’t open pcr?
I used to be able to do my pcr on my phone when the tablets not working but now it won’t let me open it? Needs some bug fixes dawg

Needs to work better offline until seamlessly saving data to cloud when reaching signal. Does not work well in remote areas.

Constant bugs and glitches
Daily encounters with bugs including crashes disconnecting from the server and other unexplainable occurrences
Trauma-soft, although terrible and its nature is usable while using it in safari, however the app is unusable and constantly disconnects from the and server glitches while uploading documents and erases already completed narratives for an app that is supposed to serve a professional service. It needs to be taken down and completely revamped.

Worst EPCR program ever
I wish I could rate this program less than a 1 out of 5 it has made my life so much more complicated. Reports use to be easy and quick. This program is a complete disaster. I would never recommend this program to any EMS company.

Shockingly bad
You would think that for something as important as sensitive patient information, the app wouldn’t be a buggy, unreliable piece of garbage. Unfortunately that is the case here.
Would give negative if possible
This is a joke of a PCR system. It never works, and is ALWAYS experiencing severe malfunctions——daily. We would be better off writing our PCR on a sticky note and sending them out via carrier pigeon, at least that would be more reliable.
Needs lots of work
Gonna try to get my company to go back to ESO. Too many errors in the programming that allow workers not to be able to complete Epcr. Plus app doesn’t even have the simplest features to save log in credentials. The company needs to fire all coders and hire experts!
Worst pcr program ever
If I could give negative stars I would. This app and epcr program is absolutely terrible. I’d rather go back to paper charting than continue to deal with the every day annoyances of Traumasoft. It consistently doesn’t work. There’s so many bugs it’s not even funny. Crashes a minimum of 3 times doing each patient report. Good luck getting anything to load half the time. Your 10 minute report just turned into an hour. Take a picture of your documents to upload- crashes. Doesn’t pull CAD information like it’s supposed to. Fingers crossed it doesn’t crash after you’ve saved your narrative- those disappear often.

Not available to users of there software at this point because it is still in development.
The lack of a usable app or software for a EPCR program that requires a full computer level hardware & good internet access & use correctly. Due to this software sweet being completely cloud based. Makes it difficult to use this software sweet on the Emergency Medical Services side as Company super & Paramedic level provider in the Field at a high value Agency with cell coverage internet that is less than favorable in areas that we provide services to. The learning curve is so unfavorable the agency is losing paramedics & other providers due to it.
Now the reason I gave it one star is because the only individuals it seems to keep happy & satisfied with its product is the dispatch, wheel chair, Business office & course billing. As for the individuals in the EMS Field. If you curious about this software go take a look at the read it reviews by employees that are using an actively in the field today. There are very few favorable reviews that I could fined. Any way I have now spoke my pice & hope this developer will get there act together and prove me wrong as a provider & a supervisor in the field. But my IT background is ready to throw the tablets my compony uses out the window on the highway the software is so frustrating. There is no resign for it to take between 7 to 10 mins to finalize a chart on a tablet. Evan with a high speed internet service in the station. We fined you have to use your personal computers to get the job done. It adds extra stress to a already overly stressed job.
