Not for tourists
You can’t use this app if you don’t have a Singapore phone number! Seems like a good app but despite saying online that you can use the service as a tourist and going through the sign up as a foreigner, at the point you get to enter your phone, you can’t process without a Singapore number. I called the customer service line and they said it’s not possible despite having the option for my country code on the app. Very frustrating to get to this point and then to not allow this despite it saying clearly on the website it was suitable for tourists in the FAQs.

US number doesn’t work
Cannot use a US number in Malaysia and no option for em ail or WhatsApp- so completely useless

Dr Tan is friendly and able to explain accordingly why there is a rash post viral to my child. He is not rushing and willing to listen and put extra mile on his assessment. He saw my child via video and provided health teachings to follow.
Bad customer support
They messed up my prescription. It wasn’t for the correct quantity and then when they updated it, they completely removed the name of the prescription so the pharmacy won’t give it to me. It’s been a week that I’ve been waiting for them to sort this out for me. Regret using them and will be searching for a competitor.

Requires email verification to get an appointment, won’t send the email though
It also wants an image of your passport to “skip the queue” and if you don’t provide it you can’t talk to a doctor at all, so it’s actually mandatory, but even with uploading my passport I still can’t book an appointment as the email verification doesn’t work

Payment Gateway Failure
Don’t use this service if you require medication within the hours. The app is broken when you can’t make a credit card or pay now payment. Furthermore there is no manual workaround to accept payment via phone. Completely broken process when issues arise
