We done subscription and then my daughter couldn’t play with!
The app worked for my daughter only a few times. Now the home screen displays technical text such as “HomeScreen_Row_IP” and nothing is clickable. I contacted support and am waiting for a solution. I will update my review if the issue is resolved

They’re a scam I cancelled the subscription before it was due and somehow 67 dollars was taken out of my account I tried to get my refund the same day and they wouldn’t refund me !!! This game is not worth no 67 dollars!!!! Scam as appp !!!!

They grab your email and infos before letting you know you are forced to subscribe to play. The background shows a free option and for the life of me I could not choose it. Despicable dev, I wish I could give less than 1 star

Predatory Behavior
Their behavior should be illegal for a game aimed at kids. Forced to provide an email, then advertising a Free tier but forcing a 3 day free trial. Shameful.

Email should be optional
I think the emails should be optional. Some kids sign up on their own without their parents knowing and some parents don't wanna hear updates. And don't care abt the reports. So. I think emails should be optional.

This app makes you sign up and register for subscriptions for £60 after a very limited 3 day trial with auto renew and no option to opt for no auto renew when taking the subscription, in the hopes you won’t remember to cancel and it auto renews, these apps that take advantage of kids should be banned
