OMG worst experience ever
Doctors are nice but the customer service, booking process, call back process, phone tag, dealing with several people is a complete nightmare. They offer a 2 hour window then they want you to stay home waiting up to 4 hours before or 4 hours after your window! Might as well go to the urgent care
App is not good
This is only rating the app not the service. The app isn’t good, tried booking appointment but get error messages when I click on book now, I tried multiple attempts with no fix.
$300 Roo versus $3000 emergency room visit
I was in excruciating pain and was going to go to the emergency room, but I had heard about doctoroo. I do not have health insurance. Doctoroo is five star awesome!
App is trash
The whole concept of Dr. Too is amazing and extremely convenient. However their app is super disappointing. I’m never able to schedule an appointment through their app. If I want to edit details under patient name I get an error code, update insurance information same error code 404 pops up, add new patient, guess what pops up? Yup error code 404. I’ve already tried deleting and reinstalling app but nothing seems to fix issue!!

Location !
I ended up booking on the website because the location finder is not accurate but I love how easy it is to use and Doctor Roo saved me so much hassle! My kids were sick and I wanted to take them but I developed an infection from it and doctoroo saved me when I was too sick to go to an urgent care!
