It is very difficult to move around the app. There is no logical flow to it either.
The messaging section is the worse.
Using “reason for visit” needs to be more flexible, it is limited to only one reason.

It allows me and my family to be seen and treated via telehealth, with smooth connectivity and sound quality, short wait times, and only by the best doctors and care providers. This app also allows me to manage all of our medical charts in one place which helps tremendously. I highly recommend ☺️

How dare they!
UMC employees restricted my access with out my consent to all (exempt for today) information with out my consent, I y understand this is to facilitate their job but once my surgery is over they did not change it back and now I can’t find my previous endocrinologist notes that contain my dose for a current medication that I’m taken that was not updated correctly and this is directly affecting my health real time, how dare they! I want this corrected immediately
