How dare they!
UMC online care
so that way you don’t have to redo everything from scratch they take your medicine away from you and leave you in pain..
and then you have to resort to go to the ER at the UMC.. where the staff are very rude and disrespectful, including the security officers there they are very anxious to harm the people who are there to receive medical care.
Their #1 goal is to keep the lobby empty ..so you will be sent home if you record their behavior. Are stand up for any basic human rights . To be treated fairly..
no matter if you are injured or hurting or just plain sick or not feeling well
No matter the place our situation .. you’re still a person. And from what I see..
the staff in the whole team in the emergency room needs to go through training to learn how to deal with people in a stressful environment.
And sensitivity training, so they still can know know how to take time to empathize or even sympathize with a lot of people situation and be helpful. Not disrespectful there’s a big difference.
I can see this place changing around if we the people keep be responsible and continuing to report their behavior and the way how they treat people and deny basic human rights, and services.

Little help
So convenient - especially when you’re sick
Mahmoud Moghadam was so patient with me. He listened to all my symptoms and I never felt rushed. Sometimes I feel like medical professionals will just push you along and move on the the next. He really cared about helping me get back to feeling normal. He was engaged and kind to me while I struggled to talk. Thankfully, he was able to pinpoint what I had and I was able to get the medication I needed and start to recover. I stared to feel better the next day. I wish I met with him sooner
