Waste of my time and money
Waited over half an hour and paid $80 to not get connected to anybody
Quick and easy
I had some reservations about using their telehealth system and typing my address in three different places was a little tedious. They also did not have my insurance listed. But it was only $67 for a telehealth visit to take care of my pressing concern today. So overall pleasantly surprised.
Really Doesn’t Support Multiple Hospitals
I moved from Texas to Colorado and my new hospital happened to have the same medical record system. I still see one specialist in Texas but the rest of my care is at the new hospital. Unfortunately, I can’t log into the app and see records from both institutions, and I can’t have separate accounts in the app.

What happened
This app was great until about a week ago. Since then I have lost the ability to use touch to open the app. I have vision problems and use fingerprint to open apps. Now it’s gone.
Can’t get passed….
Can’t get passes the registration even tho I’m already registered. It tell me I already exist in the system which I know bc I logged in. Making it impossible to set up an an appointment
