Good potential, but major flaws in medical specializations and search functionality

I recently availed of the Dr. Matrimonial app service for my son. While the core concept of the service is good and has great potential for the medical community, the app itself suffers from significant functional flaws that need urgent rectification by the development and verification teams.
**1. Misleading Qualifications & Lack of Verification**
The app is clearly not designed with inputs from medical professionals, nor does it seem to have a rigorous vetting process. On deeper evaluation, several candidates practicing Ayurveda (BAMS) who are pursuing postgraduate studies are incorrectly labeled under modern medicine terms like "MD Medicine" or "MS General Surgeon."

Those who have done PHD from non medical sectors are also labelled as doctors and profiles are sent for matching. For a dedicated medical matrimonial app, misrepresenting alternative medicine branches and non medical professionals as modern medicine specialties defeats the purpose of accurate professional matching.
**2. Absence of Basic Search Filters**
There is currently no dedicated, granular search functionality for brides or grooms. Users cannot filter profiles by specific graduation (e.g., MBBS, BDS) or post-graduation degrees. For doctors, professional compatibility is a primary criterion, and missing this basic filter makes navigating the app highly inefficient.
**3. Incomplete and Inaccurate Specializations**
The specialization list is severely limited and poorly categorized. Core medical branches such as MD Medicine, MD Pulmonology, MD Emergency & Critical Care Medicine, and MD Community Medicine are notably absent. Instead, a vast majority of these critical fields are lumped under a generic "Other Specializations" tag, which carries no meaning.
In the medical fraternity, professional compatibility is highly specific—for instance, a Surgeon might actively seek an Anaesthetist, or vice versa. To make this app truly functional for doctors to understand their matching chances, the app must diligently list all formal medical specialties.

**Conclusion:**
The overall concept and the intent behind the service are definitely good. However, until the app fixes its search mechanics, includes precise medical specialties, and strictly verifies degrees to avoid mislabeling, it falls short of being a reliable tool for doctors.
I hope the team takes this constructive feedback seriously and updates the platform.
