The app keeps crashing

I don’t know where to start. First of all the app is not user friendly. It keeps crashing all the time. Even after we upgraded to premium we see the same profiles, only benefit being you get access to view their phone numbers and one frustrating thing here is if you view the same profile’s number for the second time it counts towards total quota. After we send a request even though the other person hasn’t declined/responded it shows declined after certain number of days. It happened to us and my friends as well. When we contacted the matches they never knew they declined our profiles neither we knew we declined their profiles. We are unsure if the app is doing it purposely or not. If there’s something wrong in your algorithm you need to seriously fix it. This is not acceptable. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!
