Misleading Promises and Poor Customer Support
After I created my profile on the app, I received a call from their team. They explained their membership plans and assured me that they had many genuine and suitable marriage proposals. They also promised dedicated assistance in finding matches according to my preferences. Based on these assurances, I purchased a 6-month plan and made the payment.
However, my experience after payment has been extremely disappointing. The profiles shared with me were the same ones already visible through the appβs normal search feature, and no personalized assistance was provided. Whenever I showed interest in a profile and requested their help in contacting the family or arranging communication, I received no response. Despite sending messages and following up multiple times, my requests were ignored.
It is extremely frustrating that once the payment was made, communication from their side became almost non-existent. Calls often go unanswered, and there is no proper support or follow-up from the team. I have repeatedly tried to contact them regarding profiles they shared, but I have not received any meaningful assistance.
I feel that the service provided does not match the promises made before payment. I spent my hard-earned money based on their assurances, but the overall experience has been highly disappointing and unprofessional.
