Misleading Promises and Poor Customer Support
After I created my profile on the app, I received a call from their team. They explained their membership plans and assured me that they had many genuine and suitable marriage proposals. They also promised dedicated assistance in finding matches according to my preferences. Based on these assurances, I purchased a 6-month plan and made the payment.
However, my experience after payment has been extremely disappointing. The profiles shared with me were the same ones already visible through the app’s normal search feature, and no personalized assistance was provided. Whenever I showed interest in a profile and requested their help in contacting the family or arranging communication, I received no response. Despite sending messages and following up multiple times, my requests were ignored.
It is extremely frustrating that once the payment was made, communication from their side became almost non-existent. Calls often go unanswered, and there is no proper support or follow-up from the team. I have repeatedly tried to contact them regarding profiles they shared, but I have not received any meaningful assistance.

Fake profiles
Most of the profiles interacted to is fake, specially in usa, the other person says it’s managed by self and when asked about simple things of city they live in. They have no idea, also those profile only talks through WhatsApp.
Horrible!! And scam!!
They are so useless, they also don’t care about any of the requirements either, they send any and all profiles to you. Don’t waste time with them, go elsewhere. Don’t give them any information either. They don’t delete profile even after requesting multiple times, just block and report them as scam

Not worth it
Please do not buy any hogher package that the basic one, they say that they will assign you a personal mediator who will in return send you the same profiles you see on basic plan, such a sham these people are. The executive who called me to purchase the plan didn’t allow me time to think as well and was forced to take the plan, problem is they do not follow any escalation metrics, no one will call you back or address your concerns.
When i send the profile interest to so called personal mediator she says there is no reply for other end.
Our requirement were no working but they sent only who were working and finished the plan saying you didn’t get any responses.
There is plenty to write but please dont come under the sham of higher packages rather stay in basic and try contacting profiles directly there is nothing that these mediators do differe.

Harassment
The agents called me and started asking to buy the premium service. They were literally forcing me to buy it even though I told them to call me after a certain amount of time.
Not useful at all
As other reviewer said they do great marketing to trap you and afterwards very poor service. I spend hours and hours and searched the profiles on my own. I think the premium subscription doesn’t worth the money. They asked me to give 5 star for the application but unfortunately there is no negative rating. I am not against their business idea but criticising their service.

Illegal circulation of personal data
I created a free account to see how the platform works, but their scammer reps shared my profile to multiple prospects from all over the country without my consent or permission! So now my profile my photo is being circulated illegally.

They don't have any matches. He called me and said he would send me the matches based on my requirements and asked me to review them. After I gave him my feedback, he disappeared into thin air. Do not trust them; they are running a big scam here.

I was a paid member of this site for approximately three months. I had initially joined on the free site but was quickly called and asked to join with a paid membership instead. On the free site, none of the contacts seem legit. Numbers/email and other contact information was not valid. We were shown a profile but no way to contact the concerned party.
I was shown profiles of like minded and similar people, this was to convince me to join and pay.
So I was convinced and I paid 10,000rs, I felt that was a lot of money.
Every single profile that was shared with me after I had paid, WAS NOTHING LIKE THE INITIAL PROFILES SENT TO ME. They bring you in with fake profiles, once you pay a huge amount, the profiles shared are totally different then the ones they pulled you in with. This is a scam. At the end, they wanted more money and when I refused, and said nothing of substance was shared with me, my account t was cancelled.
I would stay away from people that pretend to do good work, but actually only cheat their clients.

Good Sales Pitch, Zero Accountability After Payment
It was a terrible decision to go with this brand. Initially, while making the payment, I tried multiple times but the payment wasn’t accepted. Later, I was told that my credit card and UPI were not working, which was completely incorrect. I even attempted the payment 3–4 times using my friends’ phones. Eventually, they admitted it was their system’s fault and simply apologized—pathetic handling, honestly.
After 2–3 hours, an executive contacted me again and put in a lot of effort to convince me. Because of that, I changed my plan and went ahead with their option. However, once the payment was made, there was no response from their side—no reply, no confirmation, and not even a mail.
Their team’s efforts are impressive only until you make the payment. After that, they don’t even bother to respond.
