Can’t believe it’s free! Excellent medical resource!

Have used this app multiple times. It’s excellent at summarizing your medical issue & helping you figure out next steps as well as resources to do so. I have printed out & taken SOAP summary (It’s how doctors chart consults in medical records) & medical staff have found it very helpful to understand & speed up medical care. I’m very impressed as a former critical care nurse at how well this app works to help get an excellent history & description of current issue by prompting answers with succinct questions. If I was still working & needed to understand results of testing I wasn’t familiar with would definitely use as resource to be informed team member in patients care or easily explain to patient. I appreciate the commitment to HIPPA privacy & that all advice only comes from peer reviewed medical information & not random unreliable sources that Chat GPT uses plus Chat GPT WILL NOT PROTECT YOUR PRIVACY! So do not feed it personal information! Doctronic is ONLY MEDICAL SOURCE I TRUST WITH PERSONAL MEDICAL INFORMATION, PERIOD!

Doctor never came on

Doctor never came on after an hour of waiting and burning out my battery, I had to give up and went with another company.

Such a scam

The app keeps lagging and I paid twice to talk to a doctor and got connected once with someone on their support team lol

Great for people without Insurance

I used to use a different platform who no longer does telehealth visits so when I found this this morning after waking up from UTI pain I was so thankful. The system was able to intake me and get me seen by a doctor in 45 minutes. I signed in at 4:30 AM and was able to see a doctor at around 5:20 AM. The doctors visit was super fast and they already prescribed me medicine to pick up from a pharmacy when they open at 8 AM. The hardest part was the way to see a doctor, but I also have to understand that it was 4:30 in the morning. This is an amazing platform and would recommend this to anybody who just needs antibiotics for a simple treatment that doesn't want to go to a hospital.
