Doctor never came on after an hour of waiting and burning out my battery, I had to give up and went with another company.
Such a scam
The app keeps lagging and I paid twice to talk to a doctor and got connected once with someone on their support team lol
Great for people without Insurance
I used to use a different platform who no longer does telehealth visits so when I found this this morning after waking up from UTI pain I was so thankful. The system was able to intake me and get me seen by a doctor in 45 minutes. I signed in at 4:30 AM and was able to see a doctor at around 5:20 AM. The doctors visit was super fast and they already prescribed me medicine to pick up from a pharmacy when they open at 8 AM. The hardest part was the way to see a doctor, but I also have to understand that it was 4:30 in the morning. This is an amazing platform and would recommend this to anybody who just needs antibiotics for a simple treatment that doesn't want to go to a hospital.

Tried it for symptoms and wanted to address certain things, it skipped over it and just continued asking questions.
