We’re sorry for the frustration. After scanning, please make sure to tap Finish so the PDF is saved and added to My Files. In some older app versions, loading files from iCloud could take longer, which may have made them appear missing temporarily. This has been improved in the latest update (version 2.5), so please update the app and try again. If you still have any trouble, you can contact us through our website and we’ll help directly.
