Air plane mode connect then take it off air plane mode then it should work ✈️
Horrible app’ and ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE AT ZEROTECH.
The app’ doesn’t work properly on my iPhone 11, it doesn’t accept the default password and the app’ doesn’t sync with my Dobby!!!! I am totally disappointed.

this product is very bad, I just got it and tried to register and found I couldn’t do so I came here to Chk the review and found many ppl got the same problem and seems clearly company ignored this bug

The app requires you to register your email address, but it just times out. As a result you can not use the app which means you can’t fly the drone!

It’s not letting me register my account and I just got this today and I can’t fly it because of that I spent 400$ for nothing

App works great and don’t need airplane mode as some suggested.
Just had a problem arise that it gives a low battery warning one minute into flight and forces me to land it. I tried multiple fresh batteries and same result. I am traveling through the San Juan islands near a lot of sailboats with no cellular connections in this remote area. Don’t know the problem but expect I’ll find a fix.

Does not work
I finally got around to trying to set this up and the app does not work. I cannot even register it it says that it is sending me an email with the verification code and that never happens. Do not buy this product

DoFun app
After recent upgrades my DoFun app collapses after a few seconds. I can’t fly my drone without it.

The ap died when I installed iOS 13.1.1
Prior to installing Apple’s new operating system on my iPhone, this ap worked fine. With the operating system, I can no longer access this application and my Dobby is useless. I hope they upgrade this program soon.

I guess that is the end of the Dobby drone. App does not work in iOS13 and no way to start and fly the drone.
I loved my dobby
Now the battery’s die kinda like 90%=90sec give or take , worth of flight. Flight permits have also been a issue.

I’m super frustrated at how fast this drone is dying. 100%, and idly it for 6 minutes and it dies. terrible quality.

This app does not connect via wifi to the Dobby, which makes the app completely useless. Update and make it work please!
