App issues
No connection via app at all, despite trying multiple times. It’s letting the product down really.
Worst app ever
The instructions are entirely too small. The instructions don’t match what shows up on my screen. I couldn’t get it to connect. I’m sending it back and I just got it in smh. Very disappointed
Just doesn’t work
Won’t connect to device at all no matter how many times or ways I have tried. Waste of time
Unable to use.
Payed extra in order to get the camera feature. App does not load or connect to WiFi as stated. Very disappointed.
Worst unusable app
This is BY FAR the worst app I have EVER DOWNLOADED. IT IS UNYSABLE. The directions are totally unclear not able to follow. Too f’ng small. Had to use a magnifier to read. BUT STILL NOT WHAT WAS ON MY SCREEN. Returning
There needs to be an update for Iphone. First there is not any …. Three dots in upper right corner at all. Second. Tooth-Cleaner is installed as a NETWORK. BUT you can’t connect to two at once. So either connect to wifi or toothcleaner. Screwed up there. The Bluetooth will not connect to the Wi-Fi
