It educates me – helping understand why he does (or doesn't do) things during training using the step-by-step demos. Daily access is gold; Contacted support once – immediate, kind, fixed it fast. Love that I can share with my husband so he trains the same way using the text instructions + picture guides, even if I'm not home. The personalized plan for his age cọmbined with the AI pet doctor is perfect.
