Given up and bought a PETKIT
How bad is the app? Well the feeder hasn’t been plugged in for 3 days yet I keep getting push notifications saying my cat has been fed 5 times a day.

Can’t connect
Gets to 99% every time and then says timeout issue and fails to connect. I should have known it wouldn’t work as when I opened it, I could tell it had been used and returned and the store boxed it up as if it were new.
Is strong enough
The grain discharge process is very smooth, and the connection is also very stable, without dropping wires.

Terrible software
Connecting the device to the wifi and to my phone is always very difficult. Any kind of power interruption and I have to unbind the device and rebind again. Would not recommend this product.

This won’t connect, I’m skilled at these things and it’s not connecting. There’s no customer service - phone number provided is not in service. This app is not written in proper English.

I tried a lot of times to register but I can’t do it. I didn’t receive any code in my phone.

The tracker is very lightweight and waterproof, and there is no need to deliberately remove it when traveling in rainy days. It is very good.
App needs updating
Been using it for over 2 years and lately it barely works. The clock time in the app doesn’t match my real time. It’s showing 12 hours ahead. Half the app is in mandarin. The scheduling feeding won’t work when I’m on vacation as well as the app. Fix the issues soon or else I’m finding a new feeder.

It won’t let me create a password — I keep getting an error even though requirements are met. I can’t proceed with the product!
