3.3.6 is a big improvement
I don’t know what you changed to fix the app crashing when recording long videos but this has massively improvement my life
Given up and bought a PETKIT
How bad is the app? Well the feeder hasn’t been plugged in for 3 days yet I keep getting push notifications saying my cat has been fed 5 times a day.
After 4 years of pain I’m giving up and buying a PETKIT feeder.
After 4 years of pain I’m giving up and buying a PETKIT feeder.
Can’t connect
Gets to 99% every time and then says timeout issue and fails to connect. I should have known it wouldn’t work as when I opened it, I could tell it had been used and returned and the store boxed it up as if it were new.
Is strong enough
The grain discharge process is very smooth, and the connection is also very stable, without dropping wires.
Simple and clear
The feeder can be stored and freeze-dried, allowing for easy food delivery without getting stuck or clogged.
Good drops
The feeder provides precise food delivery, without getting stuck or clogged, making it very reassuring to use.
For a lazy person
It supports remote feeding on mobile phones, and the app can view the dog's food status, clearly grasping various data.
praise
The grain output is smooth, without jamming or blockage.
Terrible software
Connecting the device to the wifi and to my phone is always very difficult. Any kind of power interruption and I have to unbind the device and rebind again. Would not recommend this product.
Really strong feeling
The Water fountain is easy to clean, and cats like it very much.
Yikes - no customer service
This won’t connect, I’m skilled at these things and it’s not connecting. There’s no customer service - phone number provided is not in service. This app is not written in proper English.
It feels good
Large space, light weight, and easy to carry when traveling.
To use
No food blockage, smooth food delivery, and cats quickly learn to use a feeder to eat food, which is worry free! Convenient!
For a lazy person
The motion trajectory is very clear and can support playback of motion trajectory records.
praise
It is very lightweight and there is no burden to wear on the body, great!
Very good
Exquisite workmanship, comprehensive functionality, and user-friendly operation of the app.
Code for register in the app
I tried a lot of times to register but I can’t do it. I didn’t receive any code in my phone.
Essential cell phones
The tracker is very lightweight and waterproof, and there is no need to deliberately remove it when traveling in rainy days. It is very good.
App needs updating
Been using it for over 2 years and lately it barely works. The clock time in the app doesn’t match my real time. It’s showing 12 hours ahead. Half the app is in mandarin. The scheduling feeding won’t work when I’m on vacation as well as the app. Fix the issues soon or else I’m finding a new feeder.
App
The app is hopeless in my country will not recognise me or let me complete the registration
