Pretty Unusable
The app crashes at the slightest thing. There is no way to contact support from the app (number, email, form, anything). Super slow and you cannot edit your schedule once it is set up. Sometimes it won’t even let you set up.
Suddenly stopped working
After years with no problem, the app suddenly stopped letting me set my feed settings. Making it impossible to set feeding times while away.

Trash. Not dependable.
Needs update
App is terrible, drops connection to feeder and will not keep wifi screen open long enough to connect as if new. Timing of currently scheduled drops are completely out of sync. This is a forced depletion of service to force disposing and buying new to herd you onto Bluetooth sensors and network device detection. A true invasion of privacy and contradicts purpose of device as a service to a surveillance system! Avoid at all costs!!!

App is so bad I had to buy a new feeder
The wopet app is broken. Feeding history, meal scheduling, nothing works. It’s so bad I just bought a new feeder.
