Cela seulement 2 ans que l’nous l’avons et il fonctionne plus, il se vide pas complètement, s’arrête et ne se place plus au bon endroit. Bref très décevant pour le prix que nous avons payé et surtout la fausse publicité sur le produit!
Unreliable and poor design
The app has noticeable delays even when performing basic functions, making it feel like an outdated remote-control app from 2015. Many commands do not respond immediately after being pressed, which is unacceptable for a premium product from a company that has been in the market for years.
Common controls should also be available directly on the main screen instead of requiring users to click through 2-3 tabs to access the robot command, robot-control-recycle, it would be nice just laying out since it is the most used function.
The software-update experience is especially poorly designed. There is no visible progress indicator, the information page says the software is already updated, while the main page simultaneously says an update is still in progress. The app feels slow, inconsistent, and unfinished.
It is honestly funny that a group of engineers decided the best setup method was to make users hold their phone in front of the robot’s camera so it can scan a QR code displayed on the phone. Since the control panel already has an LCD screen, the obvious solution would have been to display the QR code on the robot and let the phone scan it.
Instead, you have to hold your phone in exactly the right position without being able to see what the robot’s camera sees. Combined with the camera delay, the process can take several minutes. It is an unnecessarily awkward and poorly designed setup experience.
