Works great—tutorials were for a different model, so that was slightly confusing. Sensor came off once and that was a pain to reattach, but other we’ve been all smiles

I love my Whisker robot! So amazing and customer service was great. I added a litter hopper and I can’t say enough good things about my robot. My 3 cats started using it right away no issue. Clean litter 24-7 !

The past year MY CATS & I HATE litter robot 4!
Waste sticks to inside robot! When cycling waist sticks to wall and does not remove waist into waist box. I use the same litter since I bought the robot. I’ve changed to different letters and it does not matter what litter you use it still sticks to the walls. Did not realize I spent $900 to SCOOP litter waist out of little robot! No where to get support from litter robot or to get a replacement insert so litter does not stick. Help please!

Hope you like deleting and installing the app every 3 days because that’s the only recommended support option
since after a while it stops sending you notifications so you have to manual check on it to make sure it’s not full or is still working

Needs improvements for new 5 Pro models
This app is alright, but needs to be cleaned up.
1. The user should not have to click on the device in the Home Screen, then click on events, then click on EACH video to see if the “Advanced AI” has identified the cats. I should have a list of unidentified cats that I can QUICKLY identify to get the weights of my cats to enter properly.
2. The “Smart Scale” and “My Pets” and “Insights” section make you scroll left and right to see more than 2 cats. This should have been listed vertically so users can see all cats weights in one place quickly.
3. The profile picture of your cat is a circular photo, but requires a landscape selection, so a use may need to take a specifically framed photo to get the pets head to actually be in frame.
4. Users should be able to add multiple photos per pet so that the AI system can identify not only the face but also side profile and color patterns of each cat vs only using one profile photo head on. It struggles a lot to identify cats.

Great till I got a new phone now all my information is wiped from my account upon login
Absolutely love my litter robot —App works great till I upgraded my phone. (Apple toApple should be seamless enough)
re-logged into my account that My Phone had the information saved on
and none of the profiles or devices are on there. I can’t re-add them because they’re already logged into an account which should be mine.

A must have!!
I purchased the Whisker Robot 4 almost a year ago and I absolutely love it. I wished I’d gotten this a long time ago.I just didn’t want to spend the money. Money well spent. If you do decide to purchase this must have be sure to get the auger. You won’t regret buying this product!

The app and its features look polished at first glance but the actual execution and use of any of the features with the LR5 fall extremely short.
AI Cat detection is an D-, often mistaking a red Maine coon with a Black tabby Maine coon
Camera and Event logging F, not easy to access, not useful or helpful as it pertains to a bowl event, and mix in incorrect pet tagging as stated above and it is totally useless
This app is the down fall of the system and because it’s a required component of the LR5 hardware benefits (cameras) I will be returning my LR5 and moving to something else.

I wish it told you the exact error code how to fix the issue immediately. Also I wish it would let you use any of the physical buttons remotely from your phone.
Paywalled Access to Our Own Data
Whisker+ was introduced years after I bought my LR4. Although recent data can still be exported (through a buried button), long-term history and activity reporting now require an $80/year subscription. Data generated by an expensive device I own should not require an ongoing fee to view. This subscription model for our own data makes me unwilling to recommend or purchase another Whisker product.

Whisker little robot
I have received two. The first one was a nightmare. I had to troubleshoot it before the litter was even in the box. It was totally dysfunctional. I had to go in pull out the drawer, wipe with alcohol and Q-tips the sensors.. then the litter then it wouldn’t circulate through it. It completely failed and I troubleshot it everywhere. I took the Thelma off. I did all this other stuff and it was totally not necessary. They apologized and they were very nice and very helpful so I sent that one back and I have a new one and this one has been working just fine and it’s really quite nice cause I have a senior citizen cat and it helps me with the cats waist to monitor how healthy the cat is and if it’s using the bathroom and it’s it’s very helpful. It’s a very nice tree. I’ve been scooping the litter boxes for 40 years and it’s nice.

Timing
The machine keeps stopping short of the alignment. My cat generally goes outside. It’s been a pain to try and keep it straight in order to empty it. It has hitches when moving.
Randomly started working a month after setup for older LR3 Connect
I have an older LR3 without Bluetooth capability. I tried for weeks to set up my LR3 over its local WiFi hotspot. It just said “Connecting…” forever after issuing a valid 2.4GHz SSID and password for my home WiFi. My LR3 showed in the app but wasn’t controllable at all. Then a month later it randomly started working. So many hours wasted trying to onboard this LR3; I have no idea why it works a month later, but I’ll take it.

Cela seulement 2 ans que l’nous l’avons et il fonctionne plus, il se vide pas complètement, s’arrête et ne se place plus au bon endroit. Bref très décevant pour le prix que nous avons payé et surtout la fausse publicité sur le produit!
