My Shark Matrix robot saves SO much time & body ache. It reliably vacuums & mops my floors, so I can space out my manual cleanings by hand more than I could get away with before. My cat finally accepted its existence in our home & pretty much leaves it alone, so that’s good, cause I was worried about how she’d react before purchasing. Also, watching it zoom around & navigate the rooms is pretty entertaining. I think i’ve used the word “cute” to describe it many times now lol. Anyways- the app companion is great too! I can manually choose which rooms i’d like the robot to spot clean, vacuum, or mop. It sends a “report” after its cleanings, which includes the time it took to do its task & the exact areas/path it took to finish it. It shows the robot’s battery, as well, which I found quite helpful. Also, the notifications! Say it gets stuck or needs its water reservoir filled- you get a notification sent straight to your phone! All around spectacular product (my Shark Navigator Lift-Away Deluxe is great too!) & wonderful app!!!

Outstanding product and performance.
This is the best buy I’ve made in years. I’ve had my ai vacuum cleaner for a few years and it works great. Keeps my whole houses floors clean. Set to clean while I sleep. I wake up to clean floors. I love it. I’m a disabled veteran and have a professional house cleaner clean my house once a week and she always comments on how clean my floors are.

Horrible app
Vacuum works well and has for over three years, but there are endless bugs in the app that make the vacuum essentially non functional. Will be replacing with a different brand ASAP.
Great machine!
Works exactly as described and is easy to work on. The first time the brush got clogged I was worried about how complex it was going to be but the app and video steps with the simple machine design made cleaning so easy. Highly recommend…a pet mom to 4 cats and 1 dog
Multiple robots
I have 2 robot vacuums. One for each floor of my home. BUT I CAN ONLY CREATE ONE MAP!!!!!
