Great Hardware with Too Basic Software
I love how the robot executes its cleaning duties, but the software falls short. For example:Once the initial mapping is complete, you cannot edit room borders to create a truly accurate map.More often than not, the robot gets stuck bumping into a specific area until the battery dies—even after it notifies you that it is on its way back to the base.Regarding the mapping feature, users cannot edit detected furniture to reflect its realistic shape or move it if the physical furniture is relocated (e.g., a sofa).

Dust Bin too small
Dust bin clogs up quickly must be diligent to make sure it is not clogged.
It needs to empty quicker to prevent clogging.

Time saver
Love my shark vacuums. I have 3 Shark Robot Vaccums. They truly make my life much easier. I have 2 big dogs, one that sheds none stop. You would not believe what they pick up. I love that I can start from my phone and run when I am not home. Amazing!!!

I absolutely love it! It cleans extremely well and the mopping function works great. It makes my daily cleaning so much easier and saves me so much time. Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve made. Highly recommend it!
Love it - besides when it didn’t keep up with google home updates
I used to be able to say “hey google, run the shark vacuum” now I have to open the app to run it, which I don’t care for. Knocking one star off that. Other than that NO complants!
Good system
I really like how the system operates. The app could use work. I’ve had the system for a couple months and have had to reconnect the robot a few times now. It gets annoying having to go through the reconnect for no good reason. Strengthen the connection to the app and this would be a great system.
My favorite little helper
I do LOVE my shark. His name is Bruce and he is a tremendous help since I have kids and dogs. I don’t have to run my vacuum near as much, except my rugs. I do still vacuum my own rugs (not as much because it does get it okay but not as good as I want it). But one thing I would add/change if I could is that I can’t tell where he is at in the cleaning. Like what all he got done already especially when he has to stop cleaning and charge forever. I’d like to know what he got done especially at that point so I can put things back and know that part is done.

Hardwood floor
It works great for the hardwood floors, except sometimes the water container doesn’t last as long as the sensors do so it thinks it’s still wet, even though it’s dry. so you have to throw a little water on the last run or reset it, but the vacuum works great just the sensors aren’t as good but this is the second model. I had the first one it keeps getting better. I hope the 3rd one solves all the problems. Fingers crossed.

Sehr Fehler anfällig
Ich muss leider zwei Sterne vergeben da ich mit dem SharkRoboter als auch der APP sehr unzufrieden bin. Der Sauger fährt öfters 10 Minuten durch die Wohnung und es heißt „Lokalisieren“. Des Öfteren muss ich den Roboter regelmäßig mit dem wlan verbinden obwohl das wlan stabil ist - habe sonst keine Probleme.
Zur App die App hängt öfters, manchmal wird mir der Sauger gar nicht erst angezeigt. Dann habe ich öfters Probleme mit der Karte. Der Sauger fährt immer in die Räume in die ich ihn nicht hingeschickt habe. Bei der Matrix Reinigung, bricht er nach 2 Minuten ab. Und das war’s, habe ein aktuelles iPhone und prüfe regelmäßig auf Updates. Der Robtoer ist 2 Jahre in besitzt, es macht echt keinen Spaß. Ich kann es nicht weiter empfehlen und würde jedem davon abraten.

Back then my house was full of crumbs and fleas and it has helped reduced it both!
Could be better
My old shark vacuum was a trooper most of the time it would always make it back to the dock and do what it’s supposed to do, but it eventually wore out and I had to replace it so I replaced it with the upgraded shark matrix and this thing has issues every day doesn’t like dog hair very much. It’s usually not back at the dock when I get home and vacuum is always clogged with dog hair. It can never clean itself out.

Is just so good and is easy to clean and understand. Is really a big help and has always been so good. Best purchase ever.
Good App, Unreliable Connection
Overall, the app is user-friendly and well designed, but connectivity is frustrating. In two months, I’ve had to manually reconnect my robot to wifi four times before I could start a cleaning, although thankfully it retains the map. There are also frequent app updates, but I receive no alerts and have to check the App Store manually for enhancements.

Ne fonctionne pas
J’étais heureuse d’acheter un robot powerdetect nevertouch avec un gros rabais. J’ai tout installé comme recommandé. L’app est difficile à comprendre. Parfois en anglais, parfois en français. Les options pourraient être plus claires et mieux réfléchies. La connexion se fait difficilement et si le wifi se coupe, il faut recommencer le jumelage. Le robot a fait la carte correctement. Ensuite, il est retourné à sa base. Sauf qu’il n’a jamais voulu charger. Il n’aurait même pas duré 12h de vie. Évidemment le service clientèle n’est pas dispo en weekend. J’ai tout essayé pour le faire fonctionner correctement sans succès. C’est une défaillance du produit. Il retourne au magasin.
