TWO STORY HOMES!

I would pay for an update!
I have 3 levels in my house, and the memory only works with 1 level. 🤬

No me justo mucho como limpia

Si limpia, pero no deja bien limpio el suelo, como que deja basuritas todavía

Buggy

Buggy and useless, just like their vacuums

Like it

It does the job ok. We do have 3 dogs so it does have to be cleaned a lot which I expected. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I’ve already had to change the brushes because 1 kept falling off. But the new set seems to be ok.

Have the job

Only partially I was hoping it was going to do a better job than what it does. I should have saved my money and bought another vacuum.

Incompetence

If you enjoy a software experience that randomly gaslights you into thinking your entire home layout has vanished into the digital ether, the SharkClean app is for you. Despite a fully functioning home Wi-Fi network and a vacuum sitting proudly on its dock, this app loves to throw a blank, useless "Could not fetch map" error screen that completely locks you out of controlling your device.
Reinstalling the app, clearing caches, and praying to backend servers do absolutely nothing because their cloud architecture is held together by duct tape and crossed fingers. Instead of maintaining a stable local sync or safely caching floor plans where they belong, the app forces users into a high-anxiety loop where basic functionality requires mystic rituals like power-cycling docks and holding phantom buttons just to keep from losing hours of mapping progress.
An absolute piece of garbage interface for hardware that deserves a functional brain. 1/10 stars.

Ultra Clean

My Lola (shark) is phenomenal.. tried ultra for the 1st time it’s a game changer!!

Roach

I named my SharkClean vacuum Roach.

Now I get to tell Google Home, “Clean my house with Roach,” and watch it get to work.

Does it vacuum well? Absolutely.
Did I buy it mostly so I could say that sentence? That’s between me and Roach.

10/10. House is clean. Roach stays busy. No regrets.

Does what it’s intended to do

To be fair I need to make sure that access to areas needing to be cleaned are accessible. No cords, no awkward temporary clothing racks to trip over and it takes care of everything itself. Saves me hours of work… just press “play” and it’s game on! If I ever decide to upgrade- I’ll look for one that has higher suction, mop feature and I higher capacity dust bin. I’m using model # RV2120CDUS.

Easy Peasey

It’s easy to figure out and set a cleaning schedule. It notifies me if there is an issue with cleaning or if the base is full. I’d be lost without this app!

Strange limitations

Overall it works ok, but there are strange artificial limits that make no sense… I have kids that are quite messy, and I got this expecting to be able to schedule a quick vacuum and mop job in the specific spaces they eat every day for each meal, but no, you can’t schedule for specific rooms to do both vacuum and mop… which makes no sense. Also, I figured maybe I can get around this by just putting two scheduled jobs right after each other, but you can only have 2 scheduled jobs a day… why! These aren’t issues with the device, they are with the app, since it is the app that has these seemingly artificial limits.

Does ok

The mop is great but the vacuum misses so much, it has the sensor that will make it go back to something on the ground and it will go over it, but it doesn’t pick it up and it can be as little as the tiniest crumb. I’ve watch it go over a piece of dog hair and it won’t pick it up. It drives me crazy. Same with the carpet on “high” it gives the lines to make it look clean but it’s not. My old $80 robot shark vacuum did better but only lasted a year.

Loving it!

I only spend about 10 minutes moving things I have sitting around, out of the way. This 10 minutes, includes putting it all back after the vacuuming/mopping is it’s complete. My robot Pepe does the rest of the work for me, while I am free to do other things I need to get done, or, simply relax. Pepe does an excellent job and I don’t have to spend, half a day, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping. I am truly loving it.

Shark

I have the Shark that vacuums (does pretty well) and mops (barely mops - this function doesn’t really work)

Pleased

I love to remotely say “clean” and it goes to work. I have it on a schedule, but can clean just one room if needed!!!! It has made my life easier with a cat and a dog in my home!!!!!

Works a treat

Great little bit of kit

The Best All Around

We have had several Shark Ninja products. Probably about 15 different products. From vacuums to knife sets to robot floor cleaners. Not one time have we been dissatisfied. Only once did we need to use the warranty and we had a replacement within 3 days. That was about 8 years ago. Everything about this company is top notch. Don’t waste your time with another brand. You’ll end up with a Shark Nina product in the end. You guys rock. Keep putting out quality products that make my life easier and I’ll keep purchasing them.

Works

I don’t like that on the app while the vacuum is running I doesn’t show it progress. I have 2 Australian shepherds and It does work with pet hair. It gets stuck often.

There’s no more

Sum it up I have more time to focus more on the other things. Sharp is the way to go
