I have 4 dogs so I love that I can have the vac going daily with the schedule but also easily send it to clean anytime.

Worst app ever!! It always disconnects my device and takes an hour to add the device again. It deletes my maps and it’s so much hassle.

I like it that’s a good job only it has a hard time sometimes commands. I tell it to go back to the doctor took 15 minutes, kept on cleaning so a little funky that way, but all in all great suction on it clean as well. The mop attachment is good does job

I’m glad to have it. It could use tweaking with picking up small debris like leaves, tiny pebbles but otherwise it works great. Helps cut my cleaning time considerably.

How many times are you going to change the terms and agreement for me to use a vacuum… you website won’t even let me log in either mobile or desktop webpage…I can change password but just loops me in a signing. Page over and over. I bet if I agree to share my data for “diagnostic information” I’d be able to log in… garbage. Stop changing terms

NEVER GOES TO LOCATION ON MAP
The only issue I have with this shark is the fact that it never goes to its sent location. It verifies and still goes down to hallway to other rooms instead of the kitchen

I’ve officially named my robot vacuum fleet Shark Team Six because these little bots are absolute rock stars. 😂
The app is easy to use, scheduling is simple, the maps work great, and I can keep an eye on what each robot is doing without babysitting them. Once everything is set up, they just handle business.
Between the cleaning performance, app controls, mapping, and automation, I’m genuinely impressed with how well the whole system works.
Shark Team Six has become part cleaning crew, part entertainment, and maybe just a little bit of household shenanigans.

App is ok
I hope for the next update they change the way the robots are listed. I have 2 vacuum robots and constantly need to drop down the menu to switch robots, instead of just having them listed.

This thing is not perfect but is definitely a huge help. The corners sometimes need a little settling after using the mopping feature but it’s not much. This thing leaves the floors shiny once done. Definitely recommend this product. Cleans 95% of my laminate and tile floors I follow up with a Boba micro fiber mop and spray to get some hard to reach corners leaving my floors immaculate!!!!

App doesn’t work
App will not allow sign in. Just keeps reloading the login and password screen. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and still can’t sign in. Password was successfully reset and still wil not allow sign in. Vacuum won’t work without app. Worthless.

In the set up instructions occasionally said bear with me therefore the name. He is a few years old and keeps kicking off the brushes but still doing an awesome job!
Helps Stay On Top of Cleaning
This is my first robot vacuum, and it helps keep up with 3 dogs. (German Shepherd, Pit-Husky mix, and a CKCS). We enjoy it, but the self-cleaning one would be nicer.
