Broken update
After this update the app doesn’t talk to the vacuum at all. So effectively, this update has made my vacuum non-responsive. Great job guys!
Good, but lacks customizability
The app does what it’s supposed to do and that’s all you can really ask for with these kinds of things.
What I really wish though is there was more customizability with supported robots such as adjusting general movement speed (as mine kind of bounces on uneven carpet unless it goes slow) and being able to create a second map without having to buy another robot vacuum.

Good vacuum, horrible app
The app is awful. I have had the vacuum for almost two years. Haven’t been using it for a while because I can’t connect it through the app, hence can’t map out the floors. This is ridiculous. Absolutely do not recommend!
Dog Hair
I have 5 dogs and 3 cats inside and this actually keeps it clean. Thank God. 10/10

Love Mabel! Sometimes she has to go back over places she forgot, but her owner did the same when she was pushing a vaccume.
Vacuum is fine, app SUCKS
Had this vacuum about a week and it's pretty awesome but this app sucks. I only use the button on the vacuum now.
The app won't load maps. Resets everything. Have to remap the house every day. Just junk!!
Customer service sucks too. Once you finally get passed the bot responses and an actual human answers, they just regurgitate the same nonsense and don't fix anything.

The vacuum cleaner needs a remote on the app so you can drive it around and clean little spots that it messes with the auto clean

The title says it all
Good, but loud
Been using my Shark Matrix robot vacuum cleaner for two days now. It’s been working well. The mapping was easy and picked everything up. I only had to do one exploration. There were a few issues with connecting it to my Wi-Fi, but I eventually worked that out. Using YouTube videos. My only complaint is that it is loud while vacuuming. Other users mentioned this also. I still need to test the no go zone and the canister emptying process.

I am absolutely obsessed. Money well spent. perfect for daily home maintenance I am all for anything that does a good job helping me keep my home neat and tidy 24/7.
A Good help
I like having it for in between more in depth cleaning. Wish it would get pet hair up a little better, but it does get a lot of that up on my flat no-carpet floors. Must change roller after about 6 cleans, and clean dust bin every time. Wish I had bought the self cleaning one, don’t like touching the dust mites, so I wear gloves. Needs to have two whisks and a stronger roller brush. Maps pretty good, has a nice long time on battery even when set to high. Like the app., easy to understand. Reachable price, but at my high end at over 125.$ . With buying extra hepa filters to change etc. it’s a good help at keeping dog hair and dust down.

Shark clean vacuum
I love it. So far it works pretty good. It did loose connection with the internet a few times but other than that it works really good.

Well I have had to start it over because it has lost the original map it mapped out and it’s still not right I have tried multiple times but it does do a fair job of clearing
