Inaccurate plates
I love the actual product itself but the plates don’t line up to what it says on the app for the auto wet food dispenser. It also always skips plate 2 so I have to rotate it multiple times to get the right plate. It’s a little frustrating since I want to be sure that my cat is getting her meal which is impossible when I’m not at home and relying on an app that’s inaccurate. For such an expensive product, I feel like they should make sure it’s accurate. Hoping it’ll be fixed at a future update!

Can’t connect
Even resetting successfully and hearing the ready for wifi connection, the device just wouldn’t appear, I connected successfully once and when I left it shows the device doesn’t have wifi, and then I had to redo everything, and this time it never shows up on my app, also on the official website they have this QR code scans to connect manually, on this app apparently it doesn’t.

Great product!
This is such a good product and I would absolutely recommend it.
My issue with the app is that the font is REALLY small and you aren’t able to zoom in to make it bigger. So in the middle of the night when I am trying to see if my pet has already eaten (when she wakes me up hungry), i have to fumble with my glasses to read the text.

Stop pushing the subscription!
I've paid for the feeding device and now at every opportunity, the app displays a pop up to subscribe to a care program which I have zero interest in. I haven't been able to add a feeding schedule as this just keeps displaying. Greedy and I will be returning it.
