Hello, ever since the app crash a few weeks ago, my camera has been disconnecting one or twice a week, i’ve tried everything like factory reset and deleting the app but nothing has helped, please fix this issue and fix the issue to share my devices cause the pet user id is not showing up as well! thank youu

J’ai 4 chats, un mangeait la nourriture des autres. Ça aide au problème mais il réussi quand même à aller chercher des croquettes avec sa patte quand les autres mangent. Ce n’est pas parfait mais c’est déjà mieux qu’avec des bols traditionnels.
When it actually works it’s amazing!
I genuinely love these products when I first got them. I’m the owner of the automatic wet food pet feeder and a dock stream. The automatic feeder has had issues three times this year, where the food tray keeps spinning incessantly. My cat is now too afraid to eat her food and this product has become obsolete. Most times when you contact support they’ll just send you another one. I don’t want another one, I want the products to work for me long-term. There’s constant bugs in their firmware probably causing this. Find another option if you’re looking for a wet food feeder. I’m over this.

Pricey subscription
I’m getting really sick of buying a product and then being locked behind a paywall that’s MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE PRODUCT ITSSELF. If yall actually cared about pets health you wouldn’t be charging 130$ yearly for their recommended daily water intake. Also after reading these reviews I am overjoyed I did NOT get one of their auto feeders… failing to give notice about outages and the feeders not working.

Horrible support
The feeder stopped working without any warning. The app says a request error and can’t even use the device. They will leave your pets starving.
