Rubbish
Outrageous that my £130 granary feeder model PLAF203 has not been migrated to their newer app. Now I have to use this and their newer app for their water fountain which is very irritating. I will not be recommending this company or buying from them again.
NOT easy to set up.
I’ve tried every possible way using the instructions to no avail. Also spent several hours this afternoon looking up possible help on the Internet, but nothing seems to work.
Going to try some more tomorrow, but if it doesn’t work, I’ll need to send it back. What a shame it seemed like such a great solution.

Worst app I’ve ever dealt with
Did not work ok my iPhone after hours of trying to set up the feeder. I finally tried it on my son’s iPad and got it to work. The feeder recently started dispensing way too much food but when I try to log into the app to fix it I can’t log in. The login button remains greyed out no matter what I try.

Push Notifications No Longer Work
I’ve noticed that the push notifications for the PLAF103 no longer come through.
I have factory reset feeder and uninstalled and reinstalled app.
I’ve ensured notifications are turned on in the Me section of the app. When I look at the device management screen, notification settings are missing completely.
I have gone into Apps > PetLibro Lite and ensured notifications are on and set to priority.
Nothing. It’s been this way for months. Never tells me when the feeder is low. Used to alert me.
