Terrible at getting in touch with Customer Service
I have a question about the app and it won't connect to customer service. Also I need to be able to add a cat! if you have two cats what's the use in only tracking one?
Needs some improvement
So the ease of the app itself is pretty good. Some things though that are annoying: I have dark mode selected but it’s only on part of the app. The dark mode should also be on the page of of the litter box functions. Also, I absolutely hate that its in Military time. Its very confusing. Lastly, there should be a feature to add your cats that you have in your home and their weight manually so you can identify who is using the litter box. Many other litter box apps have this feature. Id be happy to give a 5 star review once some of these things have improved. Thank you.

Cannot connect
I cannot connect my device to my internet. It says it needs a 2.4GHz WiFi but that’s what my WiFi is. It will not stop cleaning either once my cat gets out of the litter box. Kind of a bummer…
Waste of time
They have is terrible. The litter box is tiny as far as where the cats get in litter seems to stick to the bottom constantly so if he pees, it doesn’t empty that out it never tells me when it’s full or when it’s a low one letter or anything that matter, and now that. Put in my account number or something that I don’t and I can’t even go to the health center without putting in this number
