App ask to verify information it never asks you for
I installed this app to use with my Papifeedpet programable pet feeder but I couldn’t complete registration of my account. It asks to enter a verification code but after multiple attempts no code was sent. The re-send help asked to check if my cell phone number was correct but it never asked for the cellular number. There are no other options. The QR code the app doesn’t work either. Worthless app, have to send feeder back as it’s not programable any other way. Also in the pamphlet it says it only works in 2.4 GHz network, not 5GHz.

Sucks
This app sucks, it comes offline all the time and it’s slow. Buying a different feeder just because how horrible this app is. Please do better
Doesn’t work
It doesn’t dispense the food at the time I programmed it to!
Horrible app
This seemed to work fine, then it required an update - which then erased all the information that was in there already on the times and amounts to automatically feed. So now it cannot find the feeder, who knows if i am in my own account for it because why could I see the feeder before and now with the “safety” i had to agree to, now none of my information is there. Awful update.
