Horrible app

This seemed to work fine, then it required an update - which then erased all the information that was in there already on the times and amounts to automatically feed. So now it cannot find the feeder, who knows if i am in my own account for it because why could I see the feeder before and now with the “safety” i had to agree to, now none of my information is there. Awful update.

Issues with app

I’m not able to report a problem with the app because it tells me to fill the contact info even though I did. I was trying to report the app will do a continuous feed on random days even if you have certain settings in place. There’s no way to stop the feeder from feeding out food either so have to let it keep going u til it wants to stop. Very annoying because now I have cat food everywhere and I have to put it back every time
