Simple app. Great product.
After using other auto feeders with various issues, I moved over to this brand. It’s far better than the others, and I love that the app isn’t trying to sell me some subscription. It works well, loads quickly, and looks clean. That’s all I want.
I love this feeder
I got this automatic feeder to make things simpler for my cat sitter while I was on vacation and it works great! I have never had an issue with the dispenser or the app! I also love that it can add a meal call for the cats too
Doesn’t allow registration or shared login across devices
First off, it won’t let me log into the app from a second phone. It tells me the account does not exist. It clearly exists because I can login on the device/app that the account was created on. so then I decided to create a new registration under a different email address on the second device and it tells me the email is not correct. It is absolutely a correct email address. So this seems useless and if it doesn’t work soon, I’m returning it.

Tricky but I figured it out
Eventually figured out how to get it to connect
WiFi Won’t Work
Fine, I have a 2.4Ghz network for devices.
But this stupid device takes the cake. It only accepts 5 character passwords. 7 bytes. Seriously.
In the day and age where everything is getting hacked I am supposed to change my password to 5 characters because one of 30 devices was implemented by engineers who are still learning.
Sending this back.
Update: developer response was to update to the latest iOS (way ahead of these clowns) or try an Android device. Seriously? None of my other 30 devices had this problem.

Response from developer
Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for the inconvenience. The 5‑character password limit may be related to a short Bluetooth MTU on some iOS devices — the encrypted Wi‑Fi information (including Wi-Fi name-SSID, password, etc.) can exceed the system's allowed length. We'll optimize the Bluetooth transfer in future updates. As a workaround, please try shortening the Wi-Fi name, upgrading your iOS version to set up the device and see if the issue persists.
