MAGNET
I absolutely LOVE my litter box. There is one flaw though whenever I take the tray out the magnet comes out. I have lost 2 magnets and have had to replace them with the ones for the litter door. I did try to contact els but I haven’t been successful. I am in need of magnets so hopefully I get a response from this review.With that said I would still recommend this unit.

Better than cleaning the litter box!
I like this device, but my screen in the bottom doesn’t stay in place! And sometimes it gets stuck!

Having the same problem as “no poo” can’t reset. Telling me that the bin is full, it has an empty bag. Tells me cat inside, no cat there. Can’t check the WiFi connection. I moved too, but it only started acting up in the last week or so.
Notifications
I love this unit.
However, it does not AUTOMATICALLY notify me when my hopper is low on litter or worse when the waste canister is full.
I must physically open and view app to obtain this information.
However, it does notify without fail when the cat has used the unit and when the unit cleans itself.
Adding the other notifications would be a game changer. If I am in error and it is simply a settings issue (on my end), I will replace my review and give 5 full stars.
