Better than cleaning the litter box!
I like this device, but my screen in the bottom doesn’t stay in place! And sometimes it gets stuck!

Having the same problem as “no poo” can’t reset. Telling me that the bin is full, it has an empty bag. Tells me cat inside, no cat there. Can’t check the WiFi connection. I moved too, but it only started acting up in the last week or so.
Notifications
I love this unit.
However, it does not AUTOMATICALLY notify me when my hopper is low on litter or worse when the waste canister is full.
I must physically open and view app to obtain this information.
However, it does notify without fail when the cat has used the unit and when the unit cleans itself.
Adding the other notifications would be a game changer. If I am in error and it is simply a settings issue (on my end), I will replace my review and give 5 full stars.

Elspet Litter Box
First Elspet litter box was a nightmare. Just would not activate. The company sent me a video and recommended I take the Litter Box apart. It came fully assembled except for the step which wouldn’t connect. Returned that one!! Not what the company wanted but I wasn’t taking an item apart that I wasn’t familiar with and came assembled.
Elspet #2 arrived the step clicked in place I put in the red tabs as before and prepared the little catcher. It has worked like a charm for 2 yrs now The rake and electric eye need to be cleaned occasionally. We have another and automatic litter box a different brand it stinks all the
time unfortunately my husband loves that one
Changes to Elspet Litter Box a battery backup so it will operate when the electric and Wi Fi is off in emergencies

No worky kitty potty.
I love this device but it is very fickle. When we moved to our new home I figured I’d have a hard time setting it up. But it popped right on. Now I’ve taken it apart and cleaned it with soap and water as I have done in the past and I can’t get it to reset. It keeps saying the potty bin is full and needs to be emptied. Not so. I just cleaned it. I kept fiddling with it, unplugging etc. , now it says it’s off line( and the potty bin is full). I can’t get it to reset.

We LOVE the Orbitie! It’s worth its weight in gold just in saving my sanity! I was cleaning THREE litter boxes everyday. I just wish it was available on Amazon so that I can use my credits there to order another one.

Over all great app so far it tracks very well I do wish is told you when the compartment is full other than that great app

How do u completely empty for fresh litter
Can’t figure out how to empty all the old litter to replace with new clean litter. Much harder to use than my old litter box. Does not do half the things as my old one. I was lead to believe the original price of the box was around $1500 and reduced on sale to just over $400 on Amazon. So I believed it would be so much better than my old litter box but it’s not. Sorry for the review.

Cat Box
This box is better than hand scooping but there are some things you should know. 1st, you need the app in order to reset the litter. There is not a button on the cat box. 2nd, the litter gets stuck to the bottom of the cat box and you have to scrape occasionally. Clumps of litter get stuck in the middle and won’t completely run until you remove the object or shake the waste bin. 3rd, litter gets everywhere on the floor. I even have a litter mat but somehow it is still everywhere and I am vacuuming almost everyday.

My cat loves his box! My friends all comment on how fascinating it is. Only issue is getting the foot pedestal in the correct place sometimes.

Die App ist schlichtweg furchtbar. Nur eine Katze anlegbar und merkwürdige Angaben nötig. Und was es machen sollte, zeigen welche Katze wann wieviel absetzt tust auch nicht. Eigentlich der ganze Mehrwert einer elektronischen Katzentoilette ist nicht gegeben. Zudem schlimme Übersetzung ins Deutsche.

Love my SelfCleaning Litter Box
My cat loves her self cleaning litter box and so do I. It saves me time in the morning and throughout my busy day. I only have to remove the waste bag weekly and give it a thorough cleaning every 2 months. It also saves litter as compared to litter boxes. The only drawback back is that you have to remove many parts when thoroughly cleaning
