Issues with app
I’m not able to report a problem with the app because it tells me to fill the contact info even though I did. I was trying to report the app will do a continuous feed on random days even if you have certain settings in place. There’s no way to stop the feeder from feeding out food either so have to let it keep going u til it wants to stop. Very annoying because now I have cat food everywhere and I have to put it back every time

Does not connect to the app

I downloaded then on the enter password page I can’t get any further. The finish button is greyed out.
Awful application
I bought the pet feeder associated with this app and I couldn’t even sign into the app to begin using the feeder. This app is worthless.
Crazy
I bought an animal feeder from Amazon with this software. I had it for less than a year and now I can’t access my account nor the cameras on the device! Like wtf!
Horrible
Bought cat feeder. Works great but lost WiFi and will not let me log back in. Keeps telling me it’s wrong password. Really really annoying

Went to install app and seeing the few horrid responses I want to send it back! I’ll leave a better review after I’ve used the product if it lasts!
Useless
Set up an account when first got the pet feeder, now for months I cannot log in to change any feeder settings.
Basic IoT Interface
This is a very basic IoT app for use with the Papifeed Smart Pet Feeder. The interface is simple if not rudimentary. It has worked as advertised without issue for dispensing my pets food at the time I set. The reason for the 3 stars is that the initial set up to create your account is clunky and it doesn’t allow special characters in your passwords. It also doesn’t adapt for daylight savings time nor provide any way to adjust for it. Hoping that’s corrected in the next app update.

App does not allow you to adjust the time, so for daylight savings time it just goes off an hour late, with no way to change the internal clock.

Data privacy disclosure misleading
The developer has selected the incorrect “no data collected” data privacy disclosure option. The privacy policy includes multiple categories of data collection which are required to disclose with users on the App Store. Location, local networks, and 3rd party data sharing. Additionally, in order to have your data deleted from their database you must send them a photocopy of your ID. To claim no data collected and be this far off is obscene.
