Suddenly stopped working
After years with no problem, the app suddenly stopped letting me set my feed settings. Making it impossible to set feeding times while away.

Needs update
App is terrible, drops connection to feeder and will not keep wifi screen open long enough to connect as if new. Timing of currently scheduled drops are completely out of sync. This is a forced depletion of service to force disposing and buying new to herd you onto Bluetooth sensors and network device detection. A true invasion of privacy and contradicts purpose of device as a service to a surveillance system! Avoid at all costs!!!

App is so bad I had to buy a new feeder
The wopet app is broken. Feeding history, meal scheduling, nothing works. It’s so bad I just bought a new feeder.

This worked….. ok for a short time. No I cannot even reconnect my device to this app!!! Now what do I do with the device and no way to use it!!! Not happy
Stopped working
This is not good. Everything was working fine until it wasn’t. Show offline. The App will NOT work. I cannot connect to the feeder. I had to come home from my trip early to ensure my pet was being fed. I’ve spent hours resetting it and trying to reconnect—with continuous fail! Like others, I’ve tried everything—reset my network, uninstalled app, unplugged unit, removed batteries, restarted my phone. Can't schedule feedings, can’t send manual feedings. Where's the support? I need to be able to rely on this to feed my pet. That’s why I bought it! Thankfully I wasn’t out of the country when this happened as my drop-in pet sitter wouldn’t have been able to troubleshoot this either. Moving on to a new brand. This is App is clearly garbage.

No Privacy Policy
Privacy policy is an empty link which violates App Store terms of service, there is no way to monitor access to cameras and speakers and no confirmation on whether or not the company uses these for others means

Stopped working
Very disappointed. I am going to have to buy a different brand. Won’t connect anymore. A weird update. I deleted the app and reinstalled it thinking that might fix it, but I forgot my password so when I went into my email to change my password, there were things misspelled. So it just made me think this whole thing is shifty. And it was not a Account so delete delete.

Support terrible and connection issues
Connection issues on several occasion when the device says it’s online but won’t do the remote feed function nor do the preset feed times. I contacted customer support who just told me to have a neighbor watch my cat instead of them trying to fix the issue
Stopped working
Worked just as promised but now the app doesn’t work. Can’t schedule feedings, can even send a manual feeding to unit. Tried everything, reset my network, uninstalled app, unplug units, unbind units from account, added them back. Nothing. Where’s customer service?
App doesn't work
Every time I try to dispense food the app says "request timed out" so the product is unusable.
bad UI, wish it showed camera log
I was hoping that similar to Amazons ring doorbell, this app would save a log of video footage from everytime my cat ate. if you want to see them eat you have to time it perfectly and watch it live. also the app is not super intuitive to use and has an outdated user interface.
Stopped working
It was working fine for a while but completely stopped working. Tried resetting and reconnecting the device but no luck. Can’t get automatic or manual feedings working at all now.
Poor UI, Frequent Connection Issues, Doesn’t Update Timezones (DST)
Clunky navigation makes it hard to quickly do anything. Unreliable device setting changes always make me question whether my updates went through. Daylight saving time changes aren’t handled.
Doesn’t work
App doesn’t work. Cannot turn on or off meals. No other way to set it on the machine making it useless.
Stopped Working
It seemed to be working the first couple of weeks, but now it won’t let me control the feeder or turn off the scheduled feedings remotely when I’m away from home. Very frustrating, it just keeps saying that the request times out. It’s too late to return the feeder and this app renders it useless. PLEASE FIX THIS NOW.

Poor customer service and device doesn’t work
Cannot trust device or customer support. My pet either doesn’t get fed or gets over fed.
