I love this dog door
I bought this dog door because I had to start going back into work after five years of staying at home remotely. It’s definitely given me a piece of mind that my animals can get in and out of the house with how far of a drive I have every day. Sometimes it won’t connect to Wi-Fi, but it seems to have been fixed.

Wish it also had flaps, and chargeable collars
I love that the dogs are able to go when we aren’t home. It works well. Sometimes when we are home have 4 dogs hearing the door open and close so many times we sometimes want to leave it open but it doesn’t have a flap to prevent loosing air. The other thing is I wish the collars were rechargeable and had a better way of telling how much charge still on them.

Best gift!!
My husband got the power pet door as a gift for me and I will say it has been amazing!! We have 2 aussiedoodles and they love being able to run in and out independently. The device I received from Matt and Michelle was above and beyond, I want to thank them and everyone for all they have done.
Door isn’t following schedule
My one dog can go in and out at any hour. It isn’t following the exit time or even recording the exits by both dogs.
Notifications on app do not work
The app is supposed to notify you during certain events, such as triggering and opening of the door. The notifications do not work.
