This door is a $700 piece of trash. The latest update has now rendered this door useless as it no longer connects to my phone.

App keeps losing connectivity

The app doesn’t stay connected to the door. Works for about a day after resetting the door and reconfiguring it in the app. Then it stops working so the app is pretty much useless as you can not control it remotely. Company hasn’t got back to me with a solution it’s been 2 months.

Love my high-tech power Pet Door it’s amazing. I can control it wherever via Bluetooth. My Dog loves it as well.

I love this dog door

I bought this dog door because I had to start going back into work after five years of staying at home remotely. It’s definitely given me a piece of mind that my animals can get in and out of the house with how far of a drive I have every day. Sometimes it won’t connect to Wi-Fi, but it seems to have been fixed.
