We love DogTV!!
We absolutely love DogTV at my house! Last year I purchased the yearly premium package, but unfortunately I wasn’t able to use it a majority the year. When I called, I was initially told the packages had changed and that I would need to upgrade, even though I couldn’t find any different package options online. My follow-up call with customer service wasn’t the best experience.
Thankfully, a manager reached out to me by email and completely turned things around. She took the time to resolve the issue with my account and truly went above and beyond to make things right. That level of customer service made all the difference.
Most importantly, my dogs love DogTV, and it’s become something we genuinely enjoy having in our home. Because of the excellent support I ultimately received and the quality of the service, I highly recommend DogTV to other pet owners!

Defeats The Purpose
I’m the sucker that bought a year subscription with the intention that the 24hr live streams will keep running until I turn it off. Unfortunately this is not how it works. This is not a TV or app settings issue. The app just stops/pauses after a few hours. If you want this for your dog when you’re away for extended periods of time look elsewhere.

Too expensive
U have to pay for smth u can find on yt for free? Im not using it
So disappointed
I was excited to find this app but once I started streaming the picture was horrible all grainy. So thought I’d switch from standard tv to HD and it still was bad. I know my dog wouldn’t be able to tell but I sure can. Not worth my time
Ten stars!
I would give it ten stars if I could. Dog TV is incredible. My dog has severe anxiety and we were able to gradually build him up from zero minutes of alone time being Ok to a full 5-6 hours. With the dig TV he relaxes and naps. We have a projector we play it on and honestly I love watching it too, there’s some pretty cute content. The sound and music is well done. We mainly use it on our google home but also use the app iphone app for sound or my laptop which all work great. Thank you, Dog TV for everything!
