Not impressed
This app is more difficult to use in the old app. It doesn’t update the takings either. Why was the change when it worked perfectly well before.
Fallen at the first hurdle
Been sent endless reminders that the original app will no longer be in use by tomorrow but cannot login using the same credentials (as stated you can, on the email). It seems EVERY single person is having the same problem. No, I do not have time to call customer support- how about you just fix it! Or better still, just leave as was- what was the need for change of a whole app?

Original app was better
This new app doesn’t give you a running total for the days takings .
It now needs a prompt from the user to update it with a tap to the screen.
I preferred the old app as it did the updating on its own.

Original DOJO app was brilliant and easy to use. The new sidekick we are forced to use is 10% of the old one and been on it for 10 minutes and I can’t see how you see your takings for the day…. If they paid more than £50 for this new app they have been ripped off ….

Checking say at 10am it will give you a total for the day. . Check again at perhaps 4.30pm it will still just show the takings for the day as whatever you saw at 10am ???

Response from developer
Hello! We're sorry for any confusion. You can easily refresh the home page by pulling down on the screen and releasing it, similar to how your social media or email apps work. This should then present an updated total for you throughout the day. If you're still running into trouble, please get in touch on 0800 044 3550.
