Functionality
The only thing that I haven’t liked is that on some parts of the app you can see the items image but when you click on it, it won’t load the items page so I can’t view all the items details like: customer reviews, how much it costs, deals etc.

I dont know if the app is bugged or not but i can’t change my store location.
DG APP
Y’all need to do something about your App. You can never find what you look for. I searched Pedigree canned Dog Food and it brought up drumstick ice cream and 18 pk eggs. I’m very dissatisfied with this app. It’s also extremely slow loading. Very disappointed and frustrated customer.
Not accurate
It's never truthful with the updated in-store totals; they say they have more in stock, but when I go in person, it's always empty and they tell me they've ran out. I've gone multiple times in person and made deliveries but have been turned away, saying they ran out or sold out, and to come another day when they restock but the deals/sales no longer are avaliable so I miss out it. I've been there multiple times even early so I have to assume at this point its just a lie to get me into the stores. I'm probably never going back again including using this app . I wanted to rely less on Amazon but when stores have no inventory and the app is inaccurate there's nothing I can do its a waste of my money and time.

App not working
The app is constantly messing up. Currently I have been unable to log in for two days. It’s always an unexpected error.
Coupon trouble
I love shopping at the dollar store but what I don’t like is I spend a lot of time looking through your great coupons and I’m careful to get exactly what the product is on the coupon . Then I get to the register and got nothing . I asked and asked for a receipt review but never get it . I’m just out the money and could have saved a lot of time . Something needs to be done about this .when am I getting my refund ?
Now I can’t get this ap because it says my ap needs updated . When I tryed to update the ap it says I can’t install it because I need 16.6 or higher what ever that means . So now your not going to acknowledge my request for my coupon refund and the money I had earned from your coupons I can’t access . Thanks a lot , waste of time and effort . There is no learning curve here , your cashier didn’t know how to use the register and now you take away my ap due to a system upgrade . Your losing a very good costumer with these games and deception . A coupon is a coupon nobody else advertises a coupon that you can’t get . You don’t practice good business with trickery .

in store pick up not working
everytime i try to do in store pickup it just bugs and stays on delivery no matter what i choose. please fix soon i’m such an introvert shopping in person stiiinks
Delivery is a joke
Used the app today to try to score some cheaper canned soft drinks. Free delivery was advertised. I marked that I wanted to be contacted if the items in my order where unavailable. No contact, incomplete order, and no way to get help through the app. Just an email option and a phone line that I was on hold for more than 40 minutes when I gave up.

Keeps saying need to update yet not giving

Can’t update and use my app after my app told me to update and I pushed the black update button just took me back to y App Store where it says open touched the yellow open button then it sent me back to update and around and around I went with it NOT UPDATING!!!!
