Why does the app take days to show what you bought in store? If your trying to take something back and need to use the app as a receipt you can't because it takes days for transactions to appear on app. Plus on Saturdays when most people use it, it glitches. Won't show prices and makes you log in each time you open app.also you will qualify for p&g offers and be charged a penny but will never get the coupon on the app.

The app is not user friendly. I can see all the items on sale but then can’t find the coupons. Was just using this weeks add I received in the mail. Got on the app and can not find the freeze coupon!!

I love how you can save when using the DG coupon
Verification
They must not want people to actually use this app. I can’t get it to even verify my number. I can’t get it to go back. Then when verification text finally comes through. It was 15 minutes later I had already closed the app and had to start over. Not worth the time or aggravation.

The app is good to look at but useless in the store can’t connect easily.

Fix app
This is the worse app. It log you out every 5secs and then when you create a new account because you no longer have access to an old email address, it won’t let you because you still have the same phone number
Fix coupons
Dollar General system takes the lowest coupon first. App auto clips coupons and you can’t unclip them so you can use the coupon you actually want to use.
Sign on
Have been unable to sign on for days. Tried changing password, reloading app and reloading service. Continue to be unable to sign on. Because of this I can not access the coupons!
In stock not accurate
The app shows things in stock that aren’t. I can’t tell you how many times I have drove to get something that they showed to have for ur to be no where in the store.
Coupons
I just love the app it’s so easy to clip your coupons. Then add them to your list for easy shopping. The app also shows your total before you buy the items.

Even after the latest update 1 week ago, this app frequently gets hung up, gets stuck in a loop, or returns to the sign in page and stops functioning. So frustrating, because otherwise it’s great!

Please do away with the Digital coupons older people don’t know how to do it and we’re losing money but not being able to do it and get the discount thank you

Problems with search in the app
I’m so frustrated with the GG App. Every time I search for something it shows everything but what I searched for. I do like the QR code reader for checking prices. . But the app isn’t user friendly. I searched for French Fries and it showed me a pizza and a can of Frenche’s French fried onions. That’s not a bag of French fries. I’m seriously considering deleting the app. Well that’s all .I’m really tired of of trying to use this app. I don’t drive so I depend on apps when looking for what I need so I can get my list to give to my friend so she can get my groceries. Please figure out the problem so I can use the app. If it’s me and maybe the way I’m putting the items, please let me know. Thanks

Service is very trash
I ordered my items at 8:00 pm and it said it’s gonna come within an hour. I waited an hour and then it never showed up and then I waited two hours and then the store was closed. I had to cancel it. Still didn’t get my stuff if I could rate this zero stars I would

Basically Functionality Doesn’t Work
Cannot even use the app because they are incapable of verifying a phone number which they don’t even need in the first place.
Love the coupons
They need to make it easier to clip coupons. It would be great to have one button to clip all coupons.
