Substitution
I specifically asked for no substitution for all of my items on my first order. I got a text message asking if I was ok with one item being substituted. I said yes. I didn’t think they’d substitute the rest of them (3 other ones). I’m unhappy because it made my total higher than my budget. One item was out of stock and I wasn’t informed. It was 3 bags of takis. I’m hangry.

This app is SO frustrating!
If I could give negative reviews, I would!This app is so frustrating! I use the app EVERY week because it’s close to my house. But I got logged out the first time “for security purposes” and I couldn’t get logged back in. I couldn’t reset my password, because I already had created an account with my email. Nothing would work. AGAIN, for the second time I got logged out “for security purposes” and now I’m trying to create a third account but every time I go to click create an account, “sorry something went wrong.” This app needs to be fixed!

This app has the most issues!
This app has SO many annoying issues. specifically regarding the coupons. one minute they’re there next minute they’re gone. you go to make sure there aren’t any filters put on and they still don’t pop up. horrible couponing app.

You need to fix app yesterday when I was looking at new ad it showed swiffer power mop $10 off with coupons so I went to coupons section to see if there’s coupons for it there was and today I went back on app to see coupons and the coupon for the swiffer power mop starter kit is gone from app so why did it disappeared from app between yesterday and today I’ve checked app to see if it needed up it did not I deleted it off my phone then added it back and it still shows no coupons for the swiffer power mop starter kit guess I’ll have to use my manufacturer coupons that I’ve got in mail for the swiffer power mop starter kit

Register wouldn't take off my $10 I received from my P & G. And the only "just for you" coupon I have ever received is free delivery. I don't understand why I keep getting that?? Don't use it and never will. Change things and I will give a better rating.

I’m sure this is a good app, but it’s not working. I’ve downloaded the app numerous times, and it will only let me log into it, then log me back out. I’m unable to clip any coupons or view anything.

This app sucks.
Made an account about 2 years ago can’t use it know because I change my phone number and don’t have the old one called multiple times but no one has actually done anything but slam their fingers across their keyboard and tell me balls about what to do. Apps a piece of garbage.
Can’t unclip coupons
Once you add a coupon, you cannot remove it. If there are two coupons for the same product, dollar general applies the lowest value instead of highest value.
